Orkla ASA: Informasjon om tegning av aksjer i Gränges

Mandag 29. september offentliggjorde Orkla beslutningen om å lansere tilbudet om salg av aksjer i Gränges. Tegningsperioden er satt fra 30. september til 8. oktober 2014. For allmennheten i Norge må tegning av aksjer gjøres på Nordnets nettsider.

 

Det må tegnes minimum 250 aksjer og maksimalt 20 000 aksjer, innen intervaller på 50 aksjer.

 

Tegning av aksjer gjøres ved å registrere seg på Nordnet AS' nettside. For å tegne seg for aksjer må man ha en oppgjørskonto hos Nordnet. De som ikke allerede har en oppgjørskonto hos Nordnet, må opprette en slik konto før tegningsblanketten sendes inn. Mer informasjon om dette finnes på www.nordnet.no.

 

Aksjonærer i Orkla ASA som er registrert i aksjeeierboken per 25. september 2014 og som tegner seg for aksjer i tilbudet rettet mot allmennheten, kan gis prioritering i tildelingsprosessen.

 

Betaling for aksjer tildelt via Nordnet

 

For kunder med oppgjørskonto hos Nordnet, vil betaling for tildelte aksjer bli trukket fra oppgitt konto senest på oppgjørsdato 14. oktober 2014. Vær oppmerksom på at tilstrekkelige midler for betaling for de tildelte aksjene må være tilgjengelig på oppgjørskonto fra den siste dagen i tegningsperioden, 8. oktober 2014, inntil oppgjørsdato 14. oktober 2014.
