Tildeling av aksjer i Borregaard til primærinnsidere i Orkla

18. oktober 2012: Orkla ASA ("Orkla", ticker "ORK") og Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard" eller "Selskapet", ticker "BRG")

Det vises til meldingen om endelig resultat i det offentlige tilbudet ("Tilbudet") i Borregaard tidligere i dag og meldingene vedrørende primærinnsideres bestilling av aksjer i Tilbudet den 3. oktober 2012. Følgende primærinnsidere i Orkla har blitt tildelt aksjer i Borregaard til NOK 21 per aksje i henhold til de prosedyrer og de vilkår som er beskrevet i prospektet datert 2. oktober 2012.

  • Canica AS, aksjonær i Orkla og nærstående til styreleder Stein Erik Hagen, har blitt tildelt 6 600 000 aksjer i Tilbudet og vil således eie 6 600 000 aksjer i Borregaard etter gjennomføring av Tilbudet. 

  • Ventotene Invest AS, aksjonær i Orkla og nærstående til styremedlem Peter A. Ruzicka har blitt tildelt 15 000 aksjer i Tilbudet og vil således eie 15 000 aksjer i Borregaard etter gjennomføring av Tilbudet. 

  • Håkon Mageli, Konserndirektør Kommunikasjon og Corporate Affairs, har blitt tildelt 14 285 aksjer i Tilbudet og vil således eie 14 285 aksjer i Borregaard etter gjennomføring av Tilbudet. 

  • Fridthjof Røer, Revisjonssjef, har blitt tildelt 8 928 aksjer i Tilbudet og vil således eie 8 928 aksjer i Borregaard etter gjennomføring av Tilbudet. 

  • Terje Andersen, Konserndirektør (CFO) i Orkla og nåværende styreleder i Borregaard ASA, har blitt tildelt 3 571 aksjer i Tilbudet og vil således eie 3 571 aksjer i Borregaard etter gjennomføring av Tilbudet.
