HR Advisor

We are looking for a HR Advisor who will be responsible for supporting business needs and ensuring proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Support and manage HR processes such as onboarding, leavers, sickness management and MyCompass
  • Support managers with HR queries and advice
  • Support the Head of HR with the roll out of change programmes, training programmes and employee engagement activities
  • Professionalise and simplify HR processes locally, training of managers and employees in the current HR processes and create people data processes.
  • Active ownership in the transformation towards «One Orkla“ supporting projects and participation in HR projects initiated by Orkla House Care or the Orkla Group.

Wanted Experience:

  • Proven working experience within HR at advisor level or similar within a production environment
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience of working with several parts of the value chain and therby gained business understanding
  • CIPD qualified at Level 5 ideally.

We are looking for our HR Advisor to have the following qualities:

  • Excellent active listening and administration skills
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Commmercially mind set and business understanding, experience from a FMCG is an advantage
  • Able to build credible and working relationships with colleagues
